Planning Permission

Residential loft conversions can vary depending upon the property and area in which you are situated. No matter your location or what you want to achieve, our team will work through each stage of the process with utmost care and precision.

Adhering to statutory consents will be required when making changes to any property. Homeowners are legally obligated to comply with current and relevant planning regulations.

Permitted Developments

In 2008, regulations within London were relaxed slightly, which meant some loft conversions could be built under Permitted Development Regulations.

On initial consultation of your property, our team will be able to advise whether your loft conversions requires planning permission or can be done without, under the new Permitted Development Regulations.

Building Control

Building regulations are a legal requirement for any new building work undertaken on a property. We liaise with both building control and independent building inspectors to ensure the work is carried out to current building standards, but also within your design vision and expectations.
