Modera Constructions is a family run business based and operating in the London area. Our Founder, has over twenty-five years’ experience in this industry, and so, is able to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project undertaken, no matter the size or complexity.

Our mission is not only to provide all of our customers with the highest quality, fully functional and beautifully designed loft conversions, but with the highest level of customer service as well. As a small, hardworking team, we pride ourselves on ensuring a highly professional, personal service.

For us, that means constant communication: we know that as a homeowner, it is difficult to pick the right tradesmen for any kind of loft conversion and even when you do, knowing you’ve picked the right one isn’t always a given.
